  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Payments can be made online via Credit/Debit Card; Check or Corporate Accounts

  • What is a pre-authorization?

    A pre-authorization is a temporary hold placed on a credit card that reserves funds for a future payment transaction. A pre-authorization lasts seven days. During the pre-authorization hold period, the funds are not available to the account holder. However, no money has been debited in the pre-authorization, the funds are simply reserved. When an order ships, payment is finalized, and funds are captured and converted to a charge against the account. If your order is cancelled before shipments are made against the order, the pre-authorization will expire, and funds will not be collected.

  • Where do you collect Sales Tax?

    AstrumBio is legally obligated to collect taxes on all shipments to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming shipments.   • We are a business, how can I open a corporate account?

    If your organization does not have a business account with us, you can click here to apply for a an account. Creating a business account enables you access to our full online product catalog, account-specific pricing, quotes & payment terms

  • I forgot my password, what can I do?

    On the login page, locate the "Forgot password?" link below the login form. Click on it. You will be redirected to a password reset page. On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your account in the provided field. Make sure to use the email address that you used to create your account. After entering your email address, click on the "Reset Password" or "Submit" button. The system will now send an email to the provided email address. Open your email inbox and look for an email from your website with the subject line similar to "Password Reset Request" or "Password Reset Instructions." Open the email and click on the password reset link provided. This link is unique to your account and will expire after a certain period for security purposes. You will be redirected to a password reset page on your website. On the password reset page, enter your new password in the "New Password" field. Make sure to create a strong and secure password by including a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Confirm your new password by entering it again in the "Confirm New Password" field. Once you've entered and confirmed your new password, click on the "Reset Password" or "Save Changes" button. You should see a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully reset. Now, you can return to the login page and log in to your account using your new password.

  • How can I change my password?

    Follow these steps to change your password: - Sign in to your account and select Password and Security from the My Account dropdown. - Scroll down to Change Password - Enter your old password, new password, and confirmation of your new password, then click Save.
